Platelet Aggregation Line

Trombositler normal hemostazın sürdürülmesinde kilit bir rol oynar ve mütevazı boyutlarına ve kısa yarılanma ömürlerine rağmen trombositler aynı zamanda çok sayıda farklı patofizyolojik süreçte yer alır. Trombosit fonksiyon testi, kalıtsal ve edinsel trombosit fonksiyon bozukluklarının teşhisinde esastır.

Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA) ile trombosit fonksiyon testi 1962 yılında Born ve O'Brien tarafından tanıtılmıştır. Bu test altın standart olmaya devam etmektedir.

Light Transmission Aggregometry 

Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA) kullanılarak, PRP'ye (Trombositten Zengin Plazma) trombosit agonistlerinin eklenmesinden sonra ışık geçirgenliğindeki değişiklikler ölçülerek trombosit agregasyonu değerlendirilir. 

: Employing Light Transmission Aggregometry (LTA), recognized as the gold standard since 1962, the new TA 4-V3 or TA 8-V3 Thrombo-Aggregometer by Stago evaluates changes in light transmission after addition of platelet agonists to PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

 

LTA ile trombosit agregometrisi farklı klinik durumlarda:

  • Hastaları kanama semptomlarına yatkın hale getiren trombosit fonksiyon kusurlarını teşhis etmek i
  • Transfüzyon için hazırlanan trombosit konsantrelerini kontrol etmek 
  • Antiplatelet ilaç tedavisinin etkilerini belgelemek 

The new TA 4-V3 or TA 8-V3 Thrombo-Aggregometer by Stago, is indicated to diagnose platelet function defects predisposing patients to bleeding symptoms like Glanzmann’s thrombocytopenia, Bernard Soulier syndrome, GP VI deficiency or storage pool disease.  The new TA 4-V3 or TA 8-V3 Thrombo-Aggregometer by Stago, is indicated to document the effects of antiplatelet drug treatment like P2Y12 receptors inhibitors, Thromboxane A2 pathway inhibitors or dual treatment.

 

LTA, RIPA testi kullanılarak VWD araştırması veya HIT'nin doğrulanması için de kullanılabilir. 

The new TA 4-V3 or TA 8-V3 Thrombo-Aggregometer by Stago, can be used for Von Willebrand Disease (VWD) investigation via Ristocetin Induced Platelet Aggregation test (RIPA).
